Importing Licenses
You can import licenses to apply to RPA Attended Bots by importing files on which license information is written. The license has to be SITE type in order to be applied to RPA Attended Bots. Only one application per file is available—if a license with an identical key is already registered to the server, only the activation date and license description will be updated upon application, while tenant settings are not affected. Click System > License mgmt. > Import license to import licenses.
No. | Description |
---|---|
1 | Select the file on which the license information is written, and then upload it. |
2 | Displays the tenant to which the license will be applied. |
3 | Apply the license. |
If you are importing a license on the Admin Portal, Tenant Settings will be automatically fixed to the tenant you are currently logged in to and cannot be changed.
Upload license processing files offline
Only when the SITE license is applied, files containing offline activation / deactivation request information generated by the Stand-alone Designer / Attended Bot (client) can be uploaded to the portal in Admin Portal and Tenant Portal to enable or disable the license registered on the server. For offline activation requests, you can download activation result files from the portal, import them from the client that created them, and then use the client. To import a license from Admin Portal, click System > License mgmt. > Offline file upload. In Tenant Portal, click License > License List > Offline file upload.
No. | Description |
---|---|
1 | Select and upload the license activation/deactivation request file created by the client. |
2 | After the file upload is complete, the results are displayed. |
3 | If the license processing is successful, display detailed results. |
When uploading an offline file in Admin Portal, only the license request information mapped to the tenant that is currently logged in is processed. For licenses mapped to another tenant, the offline file upload function is not processed.
Add License
Tenant Portal provides the ability to add a client (Bot / Designer / Attended Bot) license only when the SITE license is applied. In Tenant Portal, click License > License List > Add.
No. | Description |
---|---|
1 | Set the criteria for adding client licenses. If the usage type is selected as Trial, there is a limitation by the activation policy, so please check the criteria and select it. The license can be immediately mapped to the tenant selected in the tenant setting, and if you enter a description, it will be reflected as a description of the license key to which the description is generated. |
2 | Add a client license based on the entered information. |
When adding a license, you can not use a license key that is not mapped to the tenant, so it is recommended that you add it with the tenant set. To check and manage the added license, you must fill in a description and look for the license key based on the description.
Change the expiration date of the license
Only when the SITE license is applied, Tenant Portal provides change the expiration date of the already registered Client (Bot / Designer / Attended Bot) license. In Tenant Portal, click Change License > License List > Change Expiration Date.
No. | Description |
---|---|
1 | The list displays a list of selected changed licenses. |
2 | Select the license expiration date to change. You cannot choose a previous date than the current date. |
3 | Change all licenses to the selected expiration date. |
If the start date of the selected license is after the expiration date you want to change, the expiration date will not change.
If you change the license expiration date, reactivate the client to extend the license period for the client certificate you are using.
