Start the designer to place the activity on the diagram. For example, the activities that can currently set objects in the virtual desktop are as follows. Target Activity (APP Library) : Click, RightClick, DoubleClick, MouseHover, MouseScroll, DragDrop, MouseDrag, MouseDrop, MouseLongPress, SelectListItem, SetText, TextInput, CredentialSetText, CredentialTextInput, SetCheckState, GetText, GetBounds, GetCheckState, WaitAppear, WaitDisappear, IsExist, IsVisible, IsRadioSelected, IsCheckedState, OpenWindow, CloseWindow, GetHierarchyInfo, GetListItems, GetGridItems, GetListItemIndex, GetGridItemIndex, SendWindowsShortCut, SendWindowsMessage, SendWindowsCopyData, Find, FindAll.
Move the mouse over the virtual desktop viewer to record the object. When recording is complete, the type of virtual desktop appears in the blue text if you have burned a virtual desktop to the card. (ex. RDP, VMware, Citrix)
When recording inside a virtual desktop in the designer, if the object is not well captured in the virtual desktop,
The virtual desktop is in the background and may be inactive.
At this time, if you press the Ctrl key to pause the object recording for a while, then click the virtual desktop to give focus.
It can recognize objects within the virtual desktop.
When the object in the virtual desktop is recognized normally, press the Ctrl key to start recording again.
Execution
Before executing actions on the virtual desktop, start the virtual desktop viewer and check that VDIAgent is running correctly. If VDIAgent is not running, the recorded content cannot be played on the virtual desktop.
If you run the card with the type of virtual desktop written in blue letters inside the activity card, the activity will be executed in the virtual desktop where this object was recorded. As shown in the figure above.
